DIET:
Your diet program is usually taken from that suggested for diabetics, by the ADA, HCF and MHCF publications. I would be supplying copies of these charts. In actual fact it shows the content of the specific foods. This will help you to stay with your required daily needs. While on the GSM Dia Care Program, you may be required to maintain a strict diet for a specific period. This ranges from two to six months (depending on your body’s response). After this period, you will be on close to normal eating habits. At the end of the program, you will have reversed your diabetic condition and not be required to be on special diet or medication.
To make certain that your condition is improving, you would be required to take periodical GTT tests. These will be suggested at various levels in the program. You would be required to keep a proper record of your blood sugar level.
You are to record these readings twice a day (forms would be provided. Copies of these are to be sent on a monthly basis to my New York office).
